“I ordered a hoodie for valentine’s day for my boyfriend. He absolutely loved the hoodie and the fact that it was specially designed by me. He has not taken it off since and he has shown it to everyone, bragging about how unique the gift is. I even posted a photo of him wearing it on my story, and 5-10 people asked for the website so that they could do the same!”

“The speed and quality that it came was amazing, the only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is just because I was praying on the package being delivered on time and I had no updates on where it was but other than that, it came on time and looks amazing!!!”

I’m sorry to hear you are disappointed with what you have received. It looks like there were some quite long lines of text on the back of your garments that could potentially have been split over more lines. There is also a very long email address that would be an issue as well as that can’t be split. I would have suggested increasing the design to the max possible width, and putting the text over more lines. When you change the text – check the live updating visual so that you can see if the text looks big enough. The visuals show what garments will look like as worn, so if it looks small there, it will be small when you wear it.
