“Order leavers jumpers for my son's year 6 class. Found yazzoo and thought it was great that you could set an online shop so each parent could order themselves so I didn't have to collect loads of money and different sizes in. Yazzoo was so helpful at every stage”

“Yazzoo paronalised clothing what can I say well to start with the service is second to none they are helpful quick replying and do anything to make your life easier I set up a shop through them for our local car club and it has been an absolute breeze they gave me all the answers I needed quickly with no more than a day to reply setting up the show was so easy and I would 100% recommend anyone thinking about using yazzoo to stop thinking and get it done I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in my local area looking for personalised clothing”

Hello, As discussed via the live chat, we had advised to send over images with the measurements of the garments so we can raise this and resolve the issue for you. As we had not received an email as advised, we could not escalate this matter further and provide the best solution going forward

Hi, I’m sorry to hear you aren’t happy with the lead time for your order. I can see this has been placed as a standard delivery time, which is specified to be by no means set in stone on your order confirmation. When placing orders you are able to choose a latest date you require which we can adhere to, however, these are charged according to how soon the order is required. Hope this helps

“Excellent service and great quality product. My daughter missed out on her leavers hoodie at school and the team at yazzoo created an almost identical match for me. My daughter is absolutely over the moon. I had a bit of trouble with the online order form and couldn't find where to remove items so had to start again a couple of times but any issues just email the team. Quick responses and help when needed. The hoodie also arrived earlier than expected which was great.”
