“I had some high expectations after ordering your premium polo shirts rather then just the standard ones. I would say the quality is good, but completely over shadowed by the fact that there was no care or attention taken in the method it was shipped. The shirts were all just bundled together into the shipping bag with no care. They arrived terribly creased and I had to check them to make sure there were no stains as I suspected there to be some in the careless way they were packaged. This automatically made me look for errors or defects as the first impression wasn't great. I would really recommend that you at least fold the shirts nicely and would even suggest putting them in their own bag before into the postal bag, to protect from damage or dirt, as the postal bag can easily get snagged/ripped during shipping and then there would be no protection and just really gives a bad impression of level of care taken in preparing the goods. The order also arrived early, but like I said all the good was overshadowed by the poor level of care in packaging and presenting the goods - just give the impression of no level of customer care or attention to detail and especially as it would cost you nothing just to present the product a little better.”

Hi, I’m sorry to hear this, For any future orders we can offer individual bagging for the items, but this would come at an additional cost. This isn’t the most environmentally friendly which is why this isn’t a standard service, so all orders are packed as a printer’s fold prior to being packed into a polybag or box prior to shipping I hope this helps

“Ordered 5 Polo shirts for a up coming Golf day for my Bespoke Men’s formal business. Great customer service start to finish, Very helpful ladies on the phone, They went through my company logo in detail, Very professional and prompt service and delivery, My company logos look great on them and more importantly very impressed with the quality of the plain black Polo Shirts very premium cloth for the price I paid. Photos will follow after the Golf day. I will probably order more for sure when needed.”

“All I wanted was a tee-shirt for my wife and i for a fête for selling a few bits I've made up, after a short search I found yazzoo and I liked the look of the prices. After a very easy process off adding my image and any text I wanted I placed the order. On my image I had a background I didn't want and the colouring to be changed on my image for one of the tee-shirts, a brief description of what I wanted and very quickly afterwards I recieved an email with an image of what I requested and it looked perfect. I couldn't believe the quality and price for a custom made product. Thank you Yazzoo.”

“Very happy with the quality of the items! Fast turnaround time too when you consider they were made to order. I ordered these hoodies and hats for use at car shows, people usually recognise me by my cars and not by name/face. This'll change now that I have my Instagram @two.shitboxes on the back and on a hat in a striking colour scheme that matches my two cars perfectly. I will probably order another set as one hoodie was ordered to fit my co-driver but now I want my own matching set! Highly recommend”
