“Yay.com is probably the friendliest, most efficient company providing this type of service. Anytime I call for some support, I get a pleasant person, willing to go the extra mile to explain everything and anything related to my enquiry and resolve it quickly. I'm quite happy with them, and have been using them for quite a few years already. The latest yay.com app was a lovely surprise and works well so far :)) Particular thanks to Konnor, who I spoke to last time, an absolute star ! I literally called in 3 or 4 minutes before the end of their working hours, he picked up the phone, sorted me out and stayed overtime to make a client happy ! Couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you !”

“After many hours of research looking for VOIP providers I finally took the plunge and decided on YAY. Everyone I have spoke with has been extremely helpful and the setting up was nothing to be concerned about. Nothing is too much trouble. A big thumbs up to Nathan who helped get everything up and running.”

“Hi ! I was ''working'' with a couple different staff member (cant remember the first gentlemen's name) but i was also working with Meg, Both very helpful with my issue! was suggested a bunch of potential problems, i am not sure what the end solution was but i turned off google assitent, bluetooth, and all i know is that i can now make calls using WIfi here, but not with my 4g DATA plan... so i think it is blocked here in Guatemala... Thnks!”
