First time i ordered something on here, wanted to return what was purchased due to duplicate purchase to find out that the buyer is required to pay for returns. Not happy with that at all as the price to return the product was half the price of the product purchased.

I felt the item recieved was of a poor quality. Called them to discuss return and money back - they want me to pay for the return but wont do anything until I email over pics of item. I did that and still waiting for a reply 4 working days later. Awful customer services

I never actually received my order! The billing and shipping address had got mixed up - I emailed and asked for them to be changed and was told they couldn't revise my addresses, cancelled my order and told me to order again! Great customer service and safe to say I bought from elsewhere.

Ordered something I thought was specific but something else was delivered and although 3 the same ordered, I received 2 the same replacement and 1 different replacement so probably won't use this company again

Box damaged I'm collecting so damaged boxes are not good. Was part opened and they put celotap down side. Brand-new items should not be like this if so should be discounted? I can't tell if the figure has been out the box and put back in.

These scales measured me at 4 different weights in the space of 10 minutes. They measured my husband at 3 different weights. We gave up and returned them.

Although product displayed on website when purchased I was advised next day that refund will be issued as no available stock. Website is misleading.

I have not received my item . I stated if I was not in to leave with a neighbour. 1 card through door saying will redeliver next day and I waited in all day and no parcel arrived . had no other cards so I'm unsure where my delivery is .

Faulty 3 and a 1/2 hrs and after paying someone to put them together he left saying sorry I am not fighting with any longer

the box it came in was awful and so big that I couldn't send it back, the costumes were tacky and broken in places and I have not been able to phone for a refund because the number they give you on the website apparently does not exist. I payed £94 for costumes for all of my friends and they were unwearable. I expect a refund and free returns. never buying from here again.

I was sent the wrong product I emailed about it I was just replied to that it was What I ordered I sent further email with what I ordered or chose and I have not heard anything back. So not particularly happy

My order never arrived. Been refunded after several weeks but what a waste of time trying to source them and measure up for them

Good morning, thank you for your feedback. After looking into this, I can see the courier company attempted delivery on 11/12/18, but there was no one available to accept the delivery, they have now been returned to our warehouse and a full refund issued. I can see that you have not contacted ourselves before regarding this matter, so we were unaware that there had been any problems with receiving your order.

Extremely poor quality and both items I purchased I returned . They were purchased for Christmas presents but would have felt embarrassed to give them. Having said that, after a little bit of hassle to have an online chat , it was relatively easy to return products though still waiting for my refund and I am of course out of pocket having to pay return postage. Would neither recommend to others or use again. So disappointing as items looked good on website but the reality was something else.

Ordered a holdall which arrived squashed into a cardboard box much too small for it. The bag had scuff marks on the wheels and there were no labels indicating the make etc of the product. I suspect this was a holdall previously returned to the company and they've fobbed it off onto me. Unfortunately as this was a gift it was too late to return it (no instructions or return label included anyway). In addition an additional item I ordered wasn't included and XS stock have ignored my enquiry as to its whereabouts. Very disappointed with the company and will not be using again.

When this product arrived it had white bits that looked like the red fluff had not been dyed properly,it was meant to be a Xmas pressie for my grandson but I could not give it to him in that state so I let him have it that evening he was so over the moon with it he didn't care about the white bits. However later that evening he gave it back to me with a very sad face cause it had a big hole in it by the leg.

I paid an additional postage fee to guarantee next day delivery (understanding that due to the time of day which my order was placed on the Wednesday, that my order would arrive on the Friday) My order did not arrive until the following Tuesday. I received multiple ‘your order is delayed’ notifications, without any reason as to why this was. I contacted XS-Stock Customer Services to query the delay, and also asked whether I would receive a refund for the additional amount I paid for the failed guaranted next day delivery. 1 week later and I am yet to receive any acknowledgement or response back.
