When this product arrived it had white bits that looked like the red fluff had not been dyed properly,it was meant to be a Xmas pressie for my grandson but I could not give it to him in that state so I let him have it that evening he was so over the moon with it he didn't care about the white bits. However later that evening he gave it back to me with a very sad face cause it had a big hole in it by the leg.

I paid an additional postage fee to guarantee next day delivery (understanding that due to the time of day which my order was placed on the Wednesday, that my order would arrive on the Friday) My order did not arrive until the following Tuesday. I received multiple ‘your order is delayed’ notifications, without any reason as to why this was. I contacted XS-Stock Customer Services to query the delay, and also asked whether I would receive a refund for the additional amount I paid for the failed guaranted next day delivery. 1 week later and I am yet to receive any acknowledgement or response back.

Not happy with all the prices having been raised. Myself and many others I know loves this site because of the unbeatable low prices. But just like every other so called bargain website, the greed eventually kicks in and the prices are doubled. Shame on you xs stock. Where is your loyalty? So far a Facebook group of over 3000 people have all stated they would never use this site again. Give us back our low prices or lose your good customers. Money isn’t the most important thing. What a slap in the face for those of us who supported this site from the beginning. Greed is a dangerous thing.

Thank you for your review. We always try to offer the best prices possible to our customers. Some prices have had to be increased recently, due to the fact most of our products are bought in US dollars and the exchange rate against the pound has been terrible. We have held the old prices as long as possible and any price increases have been minimal though and not on all products. We really want to know what has gone wrong here in case there is a problem with our systems. Would you be able to get in touch directly to highlight any specific products so that we can check whats gone wrong and try to fix. I appreciate you taking the time to write the review and I really don't want to loose you as a customer.

Good size. My mini schnauzer is 8 kilos and fitted in nicely. On use a whole different story, no padding on the rucksack so at the base of spine the rucksack rubbed my skin raw. Returned as not fit for use.

I ordered Sightstation reading glasses 7 pairs. When they arrived they all had Sightstation cardboard labels, but each glass is marked Foster Grant, which are an inferior glass and you can buy in supermarkets and certainly not the prestigious Sightstation. Misleading.

Sent wrong order despite me having photograph of their confirmation for the correct order. Insist I pay return postage. Inferior customer service. Never buy again. Giving products to charity. Their and Ebay loss!

I paid £6.99 for next day delivery and even called XS Stock to check this was going to be possible and was promised it would be here next day. Unfortunately the item arrived 5 days later, too late for the event I needed it for. I've complained to both XS Stock and to the courier and received an apology but that's simply not good enough...I'd not recommend this company!

Good morning, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. After looking into this further, I can see the tracking states that you requested firstly that delivery take place on 10/3 rather than 9/3, this was then changed to 11/3, then 12/3 and can see your order was delivered on 12/3 to a neighbour.

I made a purchase on 1st March for nxt day delivery, I was told the following day that it would take a week, so I cancelled the order and was offered a refund. It has been 10 days and o still have no refund. You had confirmation frm DPD that it was no delivered and was being returned to you so why have I not received my money. Unacceptable and will not be purchasing from you and gain. My car provider will be contacted tommorow to escalate this issue.

I paid over £12 for delivery for next day before 10am, when I contacted to find out where my delivery was I was informed that it would now be 3 days late! The person I spoke with told me they were informed that morning...yet no-one thought to contact me to inform me which would have been positive customer service and I was the one who had to make contact to find out where my delivery was. The whole experience was a complete shambles with customer service at the bottom of the pile.

I ordered 2 sledges and paid for the next day delivery option. Got an email to say they'd been dispatched but nothing else. Didn't arrive the next day, or the next day. No communications whatsoever. When I got in touch to ask what had happened I got a very brusque message saying the courier was held up by snow. Nothing else. No attempt to let me know what would happen next, when they would know more etc etc. Very poor customer service. I still haven't received the delivery a week later and the only communication was that they can't cancel the order now, I'll have to refuse the delivery. Given that I have no idea when, or indeed if, the delivery is coming this is going to be tricky. I'm hoping it eventually shows up so I can send it back and get my money back otherwise it appears I've been totally stitched up. Would never use again.

I was disappointed with the size of the costume hat ordered an 8-10 large and the hat was small enough to fit a baby’s head defently not the size it’s stated and so my child was unable to wear this hat to school for book day very disappointed it’s stated on the package that sizes go up to 11-13 which would of been better but on your website it only goes up to 8-10 so I thought would’ve been ok as my son is 8

Got sent the wrong size, many emails were ignored, had to fund return postage myself for error made on your part. I had no present to give my mum on her birthday. I’m out of pocket and most upset. Terrible customer service!

I ordered 2 fancy dress suits. The order confirmation confirmed delivery within 3-5 working days. When the goods had not arrived on day 3 and the status of the delivery was still quoted on line as "being processed" I spoke to customer services. Without apology they said they had a problem with their supplier and should have contacted me. I said we still had time as I needed the suits no later than working day 5, hence they were still within their guaranteed delivery window. I have just received an email without explanation or apology saying I shall be receiving a refund which presumably means I will not get the suits. I now will not have enough time to shop again in time for when I need the suits. No communication, no explanation and no apology. Quite appalling

The item in question was broke on arrival called straight away same day wad asked to send an e mail whitch I have done to arrange pick up and refund and havent heard anything since

The snow globe was very poor quality.The handle at the top snapped and the glitter continually sunk to the bottom either when using batteries or mains to power it.

I had a awful experience with x stock! Paid over £7 for next day delivery and didn’t turn up until 7 days later! When emailing them I got no reply or offer to refund the money as it took so long!
