Thank you for your feedback. After looking into this, I can see you contacted ourselves due to the music not working, & a replacement order was arranged, another email was then received from yourself stating you had measured the original item and it was too big, so the replacement order was cancelled as requested and our free returns sent to return for a full refund.

“Company good as in reacted to complaint but not the colour of the photo, in fact within the colour spectrum. Exchanged for silver grey but to be honest this did not look like the photo either and has a checkered pattern. I had bought the rose pink previously which was exactly right. Unfortunately they were out of stock.”

“This is a very nice looking frog. Sadly when it arrived, the bottom compartment that houses the actual light and battery compartment was separate to the light. There was dried hard glue all around the opening. Very unsatisfactory.”
