“No return print label so had to pay for return and the cheapest I could do this for was £13 which is half the price of the product give or take.”

“Lights were expensive but in reality are just cheap, tacky imports from China, which went wrong within two days and not all bulbs are working. Paid for next day delivery as well but they ignored that and sent them by whatever option takes much longer. Customer services ignored my efforts to contact them until I put a bad review on Google at which point they suddenly contacted me but with a snide comment insinuating that I hadn’t tried because ‘they had no record of it’. I resent them my emails as proof days ago - AND THEY HAVE NOW IGNORED THEM!! You couldn’t make it up.”

After looking into this, I can see the product which you ordered is a pre-order item with stock arriving around the 18th November, which is also stated on the listing for the item.
