I ordered on Wednesday with next day delivery . I wanted it for Friday as I had a Halloween party. I got a email on Thursday saying it was coming on Friday but it did not arrive. So I was then without a costume. If I knew it wasn’t coming Friday I could of gone and got a new costume but they said it was arriving on Friday and didn’t!

Eleven days since ordering and it still hasn’t arrived. Confirmation order said all three items would arrive together but this item was missing. Still waiting for it.

Ordered a number of items from XS . The parcel was very late in arriving probably due to Royal Mail Strikes. This item was ordered but not sent in the box. Contacted XS who instead of offering to send a replacement just refunded me the purchase price. Pretty poor show all round. Will not be using them again.

SENT WRONG COLOUR FOR ONE ITEM - CONTACTED TO ASK IF THEY WOULD SEND CORRECT COLOUR AND THEY WERE MOST UNHELPFUL AND DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE, BASICALLY LEFT ME WITH SOMETHING I DID NOT WANT

After looking into this, I can see that you stated you received the wrong colour in error, however, after checking our system & the product listing, we can confirm as per our emails to yourself, that the item which was received is the item that has been ordered.

I ordered six diffuser bottles of perfumes for my home. The delivery box was extremely badly damaged , photo available , damaging three of the glass jars of perfume. I have contacted Baltus and so far they have done nothing to address the situation. I would like a refund please.

I have been asked to write a review of this company even though they have let me down badly on my last order. In the past they have been very good and delivery was reliable but this time they sent me dispatch details of the order with tracking that still did not work after over 24 hrs so I contacted them and was told they had changed the courier and the order had been left 'with a neighbour'. So after the delivery I was given the information on the tracking but the neighbour's house was not identified and it turned out to be the same number as the date which was on the tracking! No card left at my house either for me to arrange a redelivery. I was home but do not always hear the door so the porch door is unlocked for deliveries when I know they are due. Owing to health issues I could not collect these boxes myself so I was told two days later the same driver would come back , collect and return the order from the house where it had been left and a refund was promised, but has not happened and my emails have not been replied to. They chose a negligent courier who left two boxes with an elderly man with dementia ( as I have now learned) and it is now 6 days later and they have not contacted me to explain what is going on, despite several emails. I have had to apologise the man's wife and explain I cannot take delivery and collection was arranged from her house, so she is having to keep these items. No doubt the storms lately have affected things but if I had been sent the new courier's details in time, none of this would have happened!

The tweed stitching started to come away at the thumb after 2 days, the other side is starting too also. Please contact me on how I can send them back and get a replacement.

Having a problem trying to resolve an issue with a delivery/return. To be honest not impressed with amount of emails being sent to resolve a very simple problem Question: Has my returned packaged(containing 4 tin scented candles) been received at your premises??? Please somebody answer either YES orNO ??????????????????

Clothing really stinks. It smells of very very strong chemical. Tag indicates some Chinese off brand.

One item arrived with a hole in jt. Nof a small one either. Also i paid next day postage and never came next day yet they won't refund additional cosf

This bottles catch was damaged so lid shuts but opens with water in it when in bag not very impressed at all
