“Ordered item on Sunday 3/12. Paid for Delivery by Tuesday. Never arrived. 7/12 requested refund as item never delivered, still waiting for tefunon Mon 11/12. XS-Stock good but need to change couriers used to deliver item. dpd are terrible, just look at their reviews. Suggest XS stop their dpd contract as their Customer Service is only as good as its end to end service. Dpd are shocking and led to us having to get home at their nominated time slot only for it to fail on three occasions.”

“Paid for a Saturday delivery because it was a surprise. Got an email saying it was going to be delivered Tuesday, sent a message through my account as I was being prompted to do no one bothered to get back to me. Surprise was completely ruined”

“I ordered a Bop-It. I received scented candles........... I'm still awaiting a Bop-It. I have no indication from you, no e-mail confirming it is being sorted, or any other correspondence as to when it might be here, but "Alison" did tell me when I rang on Monday that she would sort it. Let's hope my lad gets his Christmas present in time.......”

“Never got delivered on the date it stated. Dpd did not follow delivery instructions several attempts to sort there lost. Then I was offered a replacement never came and then offered a refund and this is still not completed. Dpd lost my parcel and no refund and have called and been promised and still no refund. Terrible customer service. Avoid fingers cross I get my money as I have no presents for sons birthday tomorrow thanks”

“Ordered an item. 8 days later there was no sign and enquired where it was. Was told item was delivered to my address and given a signed for bearing no resemblance to mine. Then told courier would be sent to collect it. So they are sending the courier back to mine to collect an item that doesn’t exist at my house, from a person I’ve never heard of! Then I’ll get my refund! Oh look! A flying pig...! Idiots.”

“I ordered item XS5009 LED Phone Box / Snowman and item LLOA1506BK 300mA AC/DC Multi Voltage Adaptor. I wanted to use the two products together as I didn't want to keep changing batteries. My goods arrived. I carefully opened it. The LED Phone Box /Snowman was chipped on the front corner. I was unable to risk testing it as the product clearly said a 5v Adaptor but the Adaptor covered 4.5v or 6v but not 5v. When I searched the Web search facility today the same Adaptor came up with the LED product as a related item. This is very misleading as both Vicki & Alison have confirmed that the Adaptor cannot be used with the LED item. I conclude that I have had a very poor shopping experience with your company”
