I can confirm after checking our system, a reply was sent to yourself on 30/11 @ 13.53pm and also 4/12 @ 13.46pm, however, we have not received a reply to either email. Please reply to either email to enable us to resolve the issue for you asap.

Arrived with broken antlers on both reindeer. Emailed company regarding returning for a replacement or refund but got no response. Customer service is obviously nonexistent.

Thank you for your feedback. After looking into this, I can see you contacted us on 15/11/23 @ 4.08pm requesting a copy of your invoice, and can confirm this was sent to yourself on 16/11/23 @ 8.19am.

My parcel arrived damaged. The contents leaked over the other items. I contacted customer services over a week ago and have received no acknowledgement This is disappointing as after two orders, this site was proving very useful

Told dpd would come and pick up my items to return, and thay never turned up was told a load of bs. i was a new customer, but will never shop there again.

Never received the goods, after two messages from DPD but no deliver, Complained and money to be refunded, as of yet no refund. Very disappointed at the service

We're sorry to hear you are not happy with the delivery of your order, however, unfortunately, any issues with DPD are out with our control I'm afraid. As per our conversation, we have recalled this to our warehouse for a full refund but has not as yet been received, however, I can see a refund was issued this morning for you while we await an update from the current location of the order.

I write this based on the current situation. Order placed nearly 8 days ago and immediately received tracking stating Royal Mail 48 hour delivery and to arrive by yesterday. Still no parcel, tracking still not updated and no response to an e-mail sent to company over 24 hours ago. So far I would not recommend them or use them again.

AVOID this company at all costs - Possibly the worst on line company I have ever used. Order items, pay for next day delivery, items turn up 7 days later, no good as my son left for holiday 2 days prior. . No Customer Service number to call so you cannot physically speak to anyone.. so have to email to request if you can return an item. I Return items by signed for postage (as requested) 3 weeks later, I can see items have been returned, chase up confirmation of this from company no reply and no refund - diabolical and may as well have just burnt £100

We're very sorry to hear you are not happy with the service you have received and are unsure as to why you were not able to locate a contact number for us, as this can be found on both our website and the dispatch note which is included within all of our parcels. Unfortunately, after checking our order system, we are unable to locate an order under your name or email address, could you please confirm either your order number or post code please to enable us to look into this further?

The low rating is not for the table that I ordered. It was just not high enough and had to be returned. It was the after sales attitude that annoyed me. I was informed that because I was returning the table you would charge me £15 to organise a return. I have managed to organise the return at a fraction of your price. I am afraid that is just not good enough.

I checked before ordering that the diffusers would be able to be used in Baltus Portable Diffuser. This was confirmed. I ordered 3 and paid £4.99 postage. They were incorrect and could not be used. I am still waiting for a complete refund including postage.
