“Despite emailing you after the arrival of my shirt I've had no response I used your size chart as a guideline as to what size to order. I ordered Large for a 42 chest but when it arrived it was huge and measured over 48 inches, more like an Extra Large. Unfortunately there was not enough time to return and re-order for the event I ordered it for !!!”

“I was told they didn't deliver to Northern Ireland, but went on Cazaar and ordered same item and they presto it was delivered to Northern Ireland by XS- Stock.com. HOW???”

“I ordered four Baltus Reed diffusers in Wood Sage and Sea Salt. I have had many of these before from other suppliers. They were very clearly not as advertised, not only did they smell dreadful but were cloudy as if they had been stored badly. Unfortunately I opened two of them in case the first one was an aberration but they were both the same. I have returned the other two and will not be using this shop again. Complete waste of money!”

“Having understood I ordered 4 different Jigsaws I was sent 4 of the same. On contacting they said this is wa hat I had ordered, although I thought I had clicked on 4 different once. I then had to return 3 , No help was given to return. when askes if I could have the other 3 different once sent they would only sent at the o ostaf ge cost, not free, . Over all it was a costly error which I didn't think I had made.”
