I requested a VOIP from Xinix to take over my landline from EE/BT two days after I switched to FTP. An ATA arrived in advance to support my set of Panasonic phones, and it all went incredibly smoothly and on time. The audio clarity is excellent. Maryam was particularly pleasant and helpful.

I have a VOIP with Xinix who have been really helpful in setting up the line. I upgraded to a couple of cordless handsets from Xinix which were delivered to me really quickly. I did not realise that there is quite a process to setting them and the new base station up. So I called the Xinix customer support and Uzair took the hassle out of the set up and did it all for me over the internet. He was very helpful and obviously knows his stuff. Thank you very much indeed!

Uzair has been outstanding in helping me help my elderly Auntie and Uncle set up there new telephone. A true asset to the company, who have also provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Xinix and the support team especially Uzair for patience and knowledge

I had a broadband landline bundle with Plusnet and took the opportunity of a contract renewal to unbundle leaving my broadband with Plusnet and moving my landline service to Xinix VOIP. We have had our home phone number for over 40 years and it was important to us to keep it. Xinix ported the number in a trouble free process, were unfailingly polite and helpful on the phone and treated my anxiety with understanding! The adapter was delivered in plenty of time and installation was very simple. We've had the service for two weeks now and has provideded excellent voice quality with no hitches. Very pleased with Xinix service.

My decision to migrate from Sky broadband, TV and Telephones to the modern world of fibre optics, TV streaming and VOIP has been nearly a 4-month nightmare. Being a review of Xinix, I will not dwell on the problems with getting a fibre optic cable installed but needless to say, I had to cut a channel into my resin drive myself and drill all the necessary holes through garage walls, ceilings and attics to get the internal fibre cable to my router - not bad for retired (84)! The last stage, connecting to VOIP, was also not easy. My first provider wanted to charge extra for trying to connect my Gigaset hub combining 3 Dect phones to my router; and also extra for providing an ATA (analog adapter) to connect the copper-wire telephone dialler from my home security system to the router. What a change of attitude when I decided to change providers and found Xinix. Alishba, Maryam and a Porting team expert were all brilliant and within days had got me connected, allbeit with a temporay number whilst the porting team worked on getting my original number transferred. In fact this proved a not easy task as I was later informed that the port had failed and Maryam found me another number close to mine. However, unhappy with losing our old number for all the obvious reasons, I pursued my first VOIP provider to see what I could find out and was fortunately able to discover that the number had apparently been returned to Sky via BT. Xinix valliantly started porting again and finally, retrieved my original number! So hopefully, all is now well and we are enjoying high phone clarity. Yet to be tried is the ability to call friends via our home phone and the internet whilst away travelling. Maryam constantly updated me with progress and advice throughout the whole process.

Problems connecting st first, but Uzair sorted it over my mobile and now all good. It’s not just about how the product works but how a problem is fixed, he was most helpful and patient with a family member who was non-technical and that is good service. Thank you Uzair and Alishba’s happy and cheerful attitude when dealing with me on my first contact was much appreciated too.

I was having a problem with no caller i.d. showing up on my home phone display. Due to my workload, I was unable to be at home during normal office hours. Uzair kindly offered to help me out after hours, he logged in to my system remotely and was able to resolve the issue. I am incredibly grateful to him for going above and beyond to sort out the problem and would recommend Xinix to anyone looking for a voip solution.

Great customer service from the start, BT could take some lessons from these guys. swaping over to Voip service and keeping my old number and analogue phone was so easy i didn't even need the instructions. Thank you.

Xinix knows their stuff. Maryam helped me set it up, just how I want it, and helped me understand the system. We was set up before closing, but Maryam said don't worry we will stay until you are set. My base was corrupted by previous VOIP providers, but Maryam went through the interface, like a dog chewing a bone. Thankyou Maryam.

I moved from sky to virgin and unfortunately i didn’t swap my number over with virgin and wanted to go with Xinix as theyr much cheaper just for the land line. Mid way through they couldn’t get my number which has been in the family for almost 50years. Sky,Bt,virgin no one could port my number back. Momina and Hassan were my agents and tried their best and finally got my number back and on. Can’t believe the big corporates couldn’t help me but these guys were fantastic and did the impossible. Personal thank you to you both and to your company.

The setup was very easy and stress-free. Maryam was very helpful with any questions that I had or changes I wanted to make whenever she checked in, which made us feel very supportive. I wish I had made the switch to Xinix a long time ago
