“Emma John was very helpful explaining how everything worked and helped with my order. The equipment arrived promptly and was easy to set up. The only problem I`ve had is when I wanted to cancel my account , the email process didn`t work and getting through to someone to help was difficult.”

“Excellent service. Loved that there’s a direct telephone number and a person to speak to at the other end. No automated communication. I had one phone connected differently, they came up with 2 solutions, which worked perfectly. Very happy with everything.”

“Excellent service on the phone and chat support - very helpful. Plug the yellow cable into the blue socket not the yellow one! A simple note in the packaging would have fixed this and avoided a call.”

“Uzair, identified the problem being the GUI password. To resolve this we had to re-set the base which proved problematic. After some detailed manipulation of the base features and some 3 hours later Uzair completed the job. Thank you for your time and patience. Much appreciated.”
