“When I could not log in today I phoned Customer Support. The person on the phone was very helpful and patient, and quickly solved the problem, explaining very clearly the new more secure login procedure. My only caveat: Xinix could have notified me by email in advance that their login system was changing to a more secure system. I had a disagreement with Blling a while after the start of my contract when an extra charge appeared for some mobile numbers that they said were not included, something not spelled out in the advertising. I had the money returned to my account. Otherwise the price I have paid for one year is reasonable, hence I have only given 4 stars when I would have given 5 stars just for today's Customer Support.”

“Great service from Maryam, the box arrived on time ready for the Virgin Media broadband installation the following day. And once the new router was up and working Maryam quickly responded to my queries regarding attaching the comms box to my telephone base unit. I always felt confident that I would get a speedy response from her.”

“A company that always answers phones quickly call u back and always fix your issues. This gentleman helped me extremely and even gave me a courtesy call. No other companies would even come near the service these guys provide. Thanks again”

“The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the first ATA that I received was faulty. It was replaced within a couples of days and now works well. I was without my landline for a few days but Xinix kindly arranged to divert any incoming landline calls to my mobile.”

“Emma John was very helpful explaining how everything worked and helped with my order. The equipment arrived promptly and was easy to set up. The only problem I`ve had is when I wanted to cancel my account , the email process didn`t work and getting through to someone to help was difficult.”
