“Phone kept dropping out. I could reboot it but needed to identify the cause. Took several conversations and trials but eventually sorted. From the time I raised the ticket, Xinix attention to the issue could not be faulted. Thanks for the excellent service.”

“Ticket #XS00104719 Ali contacted me this morning following several messages on the system. I'm not very technical and he talked me through the set up process, he was very patient and solved the problem with no issues. He also checked the line to make sure everything was working properly. First class thanks Ali.”

“I had email messages saying I had exceed my storage limit I deleted all the messages on my mobile but still got the messages. I rang Xinix and spoke to Ali he informed me that the messages were on my house phone. He emailed me the instructions and also talked me through the procedure. Everything is fine now thank you Ali”
