“A really helpful gentleman called ALI has been looking into our problems with our new digital phone system and although we have been able to receive calls forwarded via my mobile phone we are finding that we cannot make calls on our digital phone or receive calls but I have confidence that Ali will sort this out for us as I think our broadband is playing up . Thank you”

“Ticket #XS00104719 Ali contacted me this morning following several messages on the system. I'm not very technical and he talked me through the set up process, he was very patient and solved the problem with no issues. He also checked the line to make sure everything was working properly.
