“If your parcel don´t arrive, No one will take responsibility on it. That has been my experience after waiting 6 days for the bearings, Customer service told me that the parcel was delivered 4 days ago. My question is... How is possible the customer is the one is gonna lose the money for a purchase that never arrive to destination? UNACCEPTABLE.”

Please accept my apologies for the service you’ve received from us this week. It has fallen below the standards we usually hope to achieve. I’m very sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. As mentioned Royal Mail have scanned your parcel at your address GPS coordinates on 05/10/2023. I would suspect it may have been delivered to one of your neighbours in the same building in error. I will contact you directly to resolve this isssue.

“Absolutely fantastic service as usual- My odd Italian bike had Zero codes on the bearings - I sent them all the Matt at Wych Bearings and two days later I had all new bearings in my possession. Full set frame bearings and New headset.”
