“Ordered some bearings for my bike on a Saturday. First thing Monday, had a call from a very helpful person checking in intended use as they didn’t think the bearings I’d ordered were appropriate. They were right. They changed the order, shipped the right ones and sorted out the price difference. Zero hassle, great service. Really impressed and will use again.”

“Absolutely outstanding service from Wych Bearings. Between Christmas and New Year my belt snapped on my narrowboat, leaving me stuck in the middle of nowhere. I rang them up and they had the part in the post by 3pm the same day. It arrived by 12 the next day and I was repaired and back on my way by 2pm. Amazing service when it really mattered — highly recommended.”
