“I had to return my initial order for 2 sets of head bearings for our Canyon EMTB's due to incorrect reference numbers being given to me by the Canyon agent! I contacted Wych and explained the problem, they quickly and painlessly sent 2 correct sets to me without quibble and once they received back the first set, they refunded the money without any further charge.
