“Good Morning we arrived not knowing that your company was an online order only I noticed it said order on line but so do many other companies but they have a trade counter I think your website should read ON LINE ONLY we had to travel many miles to get to you only to find a very abrupt and agitated man working there saying order on line we don’t sell to the public direct I then said ok your website did not say that then I said may I just ask your advice he said no ring the helpline I only wanted to ask if he could look and give any advise on the product I had with me and wanted to order very unpleasant and unhelpful closing the door continuously as we were talking to him”

“If your parcel don´t arrive, No one will take responsibility on it. That has been my experience after waiting 6 days for the bearings, Customer service told me that the parcel was delivered 4 days ago. My question is... How is possible the customer is the one is gonna lose the money for a purchase that never arrive to destination? UNACCEPTABLE.”

Please accept my apologies for the service you’ve received from us this week. It has fallen below the standards we usually hope to achieve. I’m very sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. As mentioned Royal Mail have scanned your parcel at your address GPS coordinates on 05/10/2023. I would suspect it may have been delivered to one of your neighbours in the same building in error. I will contact you directly to resolve this isssue.

“The links were too big. Emailed you to say was returning them with a sample of the ones we wanted. As I didn't receive a reply from you returned them to you. You are saying you haven't received the packet. Please let me know if it has now arrived.”

“Misleading company avoid. Item was listed as bike bearing but was only suitable for suspension on a bike, so perhaps this should be stated.”

I’m sorry you’ve selected a bearing that was not suitable for your bike wheels. As I believe one of my colleagues explained on the phone there are different bearing types used on different parts of a bike. In the information section for the item you purchased it does say “Typical Applications: Frame Pivot Bearings" If there's any doubt in future please ring us and we can advise which item you need. Many thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the inner diameter was too small. I can see on your order that the bearing size is 18x30x7 but the fitting tool adaptor you selected is for a different size bearing (17x30x7). “The bearing not according to the specifications, the inner diameter should be 30mm turn out only 29.99mm which make it useless. I cannot put 30mm crank spindle in it.”

Hi, Please see below a copy of the email I sent you on 25/11. Many thanks for your feedback regarding the part CH-DRF-3041-2RS bearing which you recently purchased. These bearings are designed to have an interference fit on the shaft / crank when fitted so the bore tolerance range will usually be 30mm -0.01mm to + 0.00mm You will need to press the bearing into position ensuring that the crank is clean and smooth and still to tolerance. If the bearing bore was larger than 30mm it would be considered a loose fit on the crank and would not function correctly. If you think the bearing supplied falls outside this tolerance range please send the bearing back to us so we can investigate and offer a refund if the part is found to be faulty. “I actually never received them so I won't be able to give a feedback on the product. I can only say that I'm a bit disappointed as I thought the postage would be tracked but I never received info about shipping. Not sure there's something I can do at this point in time.”

Hi Arnold, I’m sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. I can confirm that your order was despatched on the 30th March, by European post as requested. Despatch was delayed by the Easter Bank Holidays here. This delivery service can take 5-7 working days, so your parcel should be arriving any day now. Please can you let me know if you item hasn’t arrived by Monday 11th April?
