If your parcel don´t arrive, No one will take responsibility on it.
That has been my experience after waiting 6 days for the bearings, Customer service told me that the parcel was delivered 4 days ago.
My question is... How is possible the customer is the one is gonna lose the money for a purchase that never arrive to destination?
UNACCEPTABLE.
