After being diagnosed with Otosclerosis fifteen years ago I used NHS hearing aids until I was recommended Stratford Hearing Centre by my brother a few months ago. The NHS had told me that with my level of hearing loss they couldn’t provide me with higher tech hearing aids which were Bluetooth compatible, so I wasn’t very hopeful when I visited Tom and the team for my first appointment. However, I have been blown away by their service, kindness and willingness to help me, and I’m now the very proud owner of the most up to date hearing technology available. For the first time since losing my hearing I can listen to music, audiobooks and my TV very comfortably, directly streamed to my hearing aids. I’m much more comfortable in noisy settings and my tinnitus has lessened considerably. My quality of life has improved far beyond my expectations and I genuinely can’t recommend or thank this wonderful team enough.
