I'm very please with the experience I had! I bought a Henry Miller Mirra2 chair. The delivery time was as said when bought. All my queries were answered immediately over the telephone. When expecting an email I also received a telephone call to reassure about the slot of the delivery. When the chair arrived, Philip had a very good knowledge of all the functionalities of the chair. Explained everything in a very easy way making sure that we did understand and adjusting the chair to the owner. The chair arrived in perfect conditions!

Very happy with my new Herman Miller Setu chair from Wellworking. Looks great and extremely comfortable - less imposing than the Aeron and saved a packet too! Superb comms from Wellworking, really fast delivery, 2hr timed slot, charming driver, would score higher than 5* if possible!

I Was ordered a chair as a surprise early xmas present. Was alerted several days before of proposed 1hr delivery slot. Delivered on time and Philip was great... took a lot of time showing me the basics of the chair and advice on correct set up for my situation. Philip was a wealth of information and couldn't have been any more helpful. Great chair and service to match.

Absolutely a joy to chat with, the team at Wellworking were always prompt with the deliveries (I had two Herman Miller Sayl chairs delivered) and let us use the trial chairs until the new ones had arrived. As they are expensive (but worth it) chairs, this was a must and I've never seen it offered anywhere else. The chap who delivered them also had vast experience in ergonomics and analysed my work space to make it more effective. Just a nice bunch of people providing a level of service quickly disappearing these days. Thanks guys!

I bought from Wellworking because they were the cheapest - but their customer service was absolutely excellent. My chair took some time to arrive due to custom parts from the USA - but they lent me a chair until my chair was ready. I'm hoping I won't need a new chair for at least 7+ years, but if I do I'm coming back to these guys.

Ordered a Herman Miller office chair and was delighted with the service received. Communication was excellent throughout and the delivery driver made great effort to talk through the function / setup of the chair. Highly recommend!

Second item I have ordered from this company. Delivered on schedule by a great guy, who clearly loves his job and the company he works for - refreshing! I ordered locking castors, which were not supplied, but replacements are being arranged. It is a pleasure dealing with this company and I would not hesitate to go back to them in the future.

Wellworking were very helpful over the phone during the ordering process. All correspondence was complete and immediate by E-mail. I new exactly what was happening re delivery and this was very early. Phillip arrived on time, carefully removed the packaging and was very informative in setting up and adjusting the chair to fit me. He also advised on the positioning of my computer screen and on the provision of a footrest. The whole process made me feel important as a customer. Nothing was too much trouble. I got great advice on the phone about which chair was right for me, my workspace and my particular aches and pains! No pushy sales talk - in fact, I was advised where I could save money by not adding optional extras. The chair was delivered when promised, plenty of communication along the way, by a very friendly, patient member of staff who helped me set up my workstation for best practise.

Wellworking came recommended by another homeworker, so I had a good idea about the quality of service I would receive. And it did indeed live up to expectations, with two of the team delivering my chair and talking me through the correct set-up and functionality. Recommended!

Our new desk and chair arrived on time. It was delivered and assembled by knowledgeable and friendly staff who got on with the job efficiently and without issue. I would recommend this service to anyone, it could not be better.
