Had to chase for news on a delivery date but aside from this the chair is looking and performing great and the delivery was excellent.

Been looking for ages for a "High Bench" for breakout/hot desk use, somewhere where colleagues can work on large scale drawings, where occasional visitors can work rather than at desks. The High Bench in the range by WellWorking is excellent, Looks professional, great height. Highly recommended.

The process from ordering to delivery was seamless, kept informed regarding order and delivery date. The fit team were good, our only issue was the desks were set to one height and on asking if the heights could be adjusted or shown how to adjust, we were met with a slight resistance. Although the team did adjust for us. We did receive good information regarding the chairs purchased and a thorough run through on all aspects of them.

- The chair I bought is great. - The website made the ordering process really easy. - I got two phone calls and 3 emails to confirm my order and notify me for its delivery progress. - Delivery was on time and the person that delivered it was very helpful.

I ordered a Herman Miller office chair that was delivered 3 weeks earlier, and £200 cheaper, than I could find elsewhere. Non automated email updates (from named people: a rarity these days) were followed up with two friendly delivery personnel, who arrived bang on time. They deservedly call it 'Precision Service', and I will certainly recommend.

I wish all companies operated like this! Helpful and informative staff on the phone to offer honest advice and not a hard sell. My chair arrived when they said it would. David, who came to set it up, was courteous, knowledgeble and explained the product very well. No reservations whatsoever.

Great product, good price & excellent service. Staff were very helpful when it came to choosing the upholstery fabric and all the other options for the chair. On delivery we got a full, expert briefing on how to set up and use it. The chair looks great and is super comfy/supportive when I work at my desk.

I ordered a Herman Miller Mira II chair from Wellworking. I was impressed by their efficiency and flexibility in arranging delivery for me, as well as by the excellent help and personalised advice I got upon receiving my chair. I would strongly recommend Wellworking.

I am a Developer that sits in my chair for at least 10 hours of the day. Over the last 5 years I have been through at least 5 chairs, So I decided to invest in a more sturdy Chair. I called Wellworking and received excellent advice on which chair to purchase. They delivered the chair when they said that they would within the hour time slot. The gentleman that delivered the chair was very help full and was very experienced in backs and correct seating positions. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the product. I would recommend Wellworking.

I am not in the habit of buying a really expensive custom built chair. So I did take my time in choosing the brand & style after doing many searches on the Internet. Above all I checked out all the companies who would supply me this amazing chair. I am so pleased that I decided to go with Wellworking. They were so efficient from start to finish, keeping me informed of delivery dates. They also managed to bring the date forward a few days for me as I was going away on holiday. On the day of delivery two very nice guys turned up, Martin the driver & David brought in the chair. Then to my amazement David went through it all with me, explaining all the adjustments with the seat, height & arm-rests. He spent plenty of time to make sure I was very happy before he left. I was unaware that I would be provided with such an amazing service. I did know that the service was available if you lived within a 50 mile radius of London, but I live in Dorset which is at least 80 miles away. Well done to you all at Wellworking truly an excellent company to deal with. I am extremely happy with my new chair.

We ordered 2 Herman Miller Aeron chairs. We got excellent advice on which product to buy and the best price. The service we received was second to none. As we were not sure what size of chair would suit, the team put all three sizes on the truck for delivery and we had an expert come and deliver the chairs to us, ensuring we got the correct size of chair and knew the product inside out. I would fully recommend Wellworking and commend them on setting THE leading example for customer service in the industry.

I am very pleased with my new adjustable height desk and chair from Wellworking. The staff who delivered them were very helpful, and kindly removed my old desk from my office as well. They were also very knowledgeable and I now feel confident that I will get the most out of the products. My one complaint would be that I had previously given my business card to a member of staff when they were delivering to my office (this is how I heard of your company). I did not hear anything back and had to take the initiative in re-contacting you. Overall I am very happy with the service I have received and would certainly recommend you to others.
