Fantastic company who went out of their way to help and deliver a brilliant product on time and the driver even asked if I wanted it unpacked and demonstrated, he then took all the old packaging absoulutely brilliant company to deal with.

Chairs arrived assembled and were brought up to the sixth floor. Good communication with Wellworking beforehand to arrange a delivery date. Arrived within the delivery window. I would use Wellworking again.

My dad seemed really pleased with his Xmas present. Taken up a flight of stairs, unpacked and given a demo of the Embody chair. I'm told it's already Fifi's favourite seat in the house (Fifi is his cat's name, not my dad's). Competitive price and delivered fairly closely to target delivery week.

They were very helpful - they let me have a trial of two different chairs before deciding which one to buy. The chaps who came round explained how to set them up etc.

There was a good choice of delivery slots. The gentleman who delivered the chair to my son's university flat was friendly and knowledgeable. He advised my son about other things to help maintain a good posture, such as a foot stool and laptop stand. Also Wellworking is fantastic in terms of customer service, delivery, and products. My son is very pleased with the chair.

Absolute top quality service from Wellworking. Delivery was scheduled between 10:30-11:30 and the driver arrived promptly at 10:30. David walked my new Aeron chair up with me to the office and spent 20 minutes giving me a thorough demonstration and set it up to suit my posture. He was a real pleasure to deal with and very experienced in the Herman Miller range which was a relief as the controls are very precise. David assured me I'd bought the "Rolls-Royce" of chairs and after spending 2 days sitting in it I believe he's absolutely right. I'll never look back - no wonder it's still the best benchmark in ergonomic task chairs. Very happy indeed.

When I purchased, the customer service was extremely helpful. It helped me to make my decision to buy a product from them. However, Waiting time was longer than I was originally told. And I was not informed about the delay of delivery schedule until I finally contacted the shop by myself. I was not happy, but they soon dealt with my case smoothly and took all my stress away. After all, I am glad about all their service and attitude. They are responsible and helpful. There was one glitch on the schedule and communication, but good service recovered everything. All was good in the end.

Blown away by the service of Wellworking! Delivery by their own driver who carried my new chair upstairs, showed me how to use it and took all the packaging away. The site was really easy to use and they kept me up to date on the order as well. Would use again if I ever want to drop another £500 on an office chair.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ordering was simple, communication was clear and friendly, and delivery was awesome. Dave, who delivered my chair, took the time to set me up in it and ensure that I understood all the features and adjustment possibilities. I have been sitting pretty ever since. I would not hesitate to order from Wellworking again.

From the assistance from Paul before I placed the order for a HermanMiller Mirra 2 chair, to Philip's courtesy call confirming delivery, right through to David the delivery and set-up chap leaving, the customer experience with Wellworking has been incredible – good old-school client care from start to finish. Wellworking genuinely care about every single part of the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them simply on the strength of their customer care, but add in an incredible product to the mix and they provide the complete package that is sure to guarantee very happy and satisfied customers. Thank you to all involved, and to Wellworking in general for having a very ethical approach to business.
