I recently started looking into ergonomic office chairs, as I realised that working long hours in a dining room chair was less than ideal. Even my office chair upstairs in my room was not capable of supporting me comfortably past 2 hours, as I would end up with a sore bottom and pain on my tailbone. I did some further research online and was recommended various Herman Miller chairs by top reviewers and was initially looking to purchase a refurbished one but decided against that after realising that I would not be covered by the amazing 12-year warranty that automatically comes with all new chairs. Therefore, I checked out the various Herman Miller dealers nearby and came across Wellworking. From the moment I visited their website and had a look at their reviews, I was really impressed by the range of products offered and the service provided to their customers. I was intrigued by the Mirra 2 chair for its affordable price for a high-end chair, level of customisation offered and the overall aesthetics. I was able to try out this chair at my friend's place of work and I was certain that this was the right chair for me. I placed an order immediately and had the chair delivered to me a few days later by a very friendly driver named Adrian. I was quite happy with my purchase, until I realised that after sitting in the chair for a long amount of time, the seat pan was not wide and long enough for my rather large legs; this caused me to experience some comfort issues, that were ruining an almost perfect chair. So, I decided to return this chair back to Wellworking and go for the Aeron size c, hoping that it would be more comfortable and hopefully the last chair that I will ever need to buy. I placed my order directly after returning the Mirra 2 and receiving my refund; the chair arrived to me a few days later. At first, my experience with the delivery of the Aeron was rather poor and not like the time I received the Mirra 2, as the delivery was an hour late and I was not notified. Also, the delivery driver did not seem to be in the best of moods, and this made me feel quite upset. What made matters worse is that I realised that the backrest had a series of scratches on it that were hard to ignore. I contacted Wellworking immediately and they were more than happy to arrange for an exchange, after I provided photos of the suspected damage. I was told that I would receive the replacement chair a few days later. When the day came, I was greeted by Ahmed who was the same driver that had delivered the Aeron a week prior. He was very friendly and apologised about the late delivery and assured me that this is not something that happens usually, as he had to deal with a silly customer who wasted his time and ruined his day - this was the reason why he ended up coming late to my house. Through my recent experience with Wellworking, I can confidently say that this is a company that prides itself on providing the best customer experience possible. Every single person that I dealt with from Wellworking, ranging from the customer service executive to the delivery driver were very friendly, helpful and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to my friends, family and anyone else who is looking for ergonomic office furniture and wants to purchase from a company that cares.

I recently had a fantastic experience with WellWorking when buying a much needed computer chair. I’ve had back pain for 2 years, severe pain that can’t be treated by therapists… it was time to get a chair that will not do further damage, but instead help my pain & posture. I’d obviously heard & read about Herman Miller chairs but the price was scary. Originally I found an ex-display Aeron chair on the WellWorking website for almost half price, and paid for it online on a Saturday. Feeling like I needed reassurance, I phoned on the Monday and got through to Laura who was so incredibly gracious, helpful & so lovely to speak to. After much deliberation on the phone to Laura, I decided to swap my online Aeron purchase, for the Mirra 2 which was still in my budget at full price, but gave me a 12 year guarantee. It arrived 2 days later, brought down especially from the warehouse by WellWorking’s own couriers (I was expecting DPD or similar). Ahmed was wonderful, so funny & warm natured, even to my dog! He gave me an excellent demonstration & I liked him immensely - What a very kind, very friendly & very helpful man. After a few days of using the Mirra 2, as amazing as it was I had doubts. My colleague said I should have gone for the Aeron, so I decided to travel to the showroom to try all the chairs before making up my mind, as I had 14 days to make a swap (if necessary). Upon arrival at the showroom, David was such a nice guy - what a helpful team! I tried every chair, David was so knowledgable and didn’t rush me or pressure me at all. Immediately when I sat on the Aeron there was no contest, so I made the swap immediately and paid the difference, buying a brand new, full price Aeron with 12 years guarantee - Thank you David, you were brilliant. Once again, 2 days later, my friend Ahmed arrived & he was just as lovely as the first time. He swapped the chairs and gave me another demo. I had told David how nice Ahmed was, so it was kind of David to arrange for him to come again for the continuity. I love my chair, it feels like a bed… it’s pure delight! Thank you so much WellWorking, to Laura, Ahmed & David… what a great investment for my future. I can’t recommend you all highly enough, you’re such a kind & excellent team who really know your stuff! Delivery was on time and the driver, Ahmed, was polite and patient whilst I checked over the Chair that he requested me to do. Very helpful. Ordering the Chair was easy and had good communication regarding payment and delivery information.

Selling Herman Chairs with no guarantee sticker! I ordered a Herman Millet office chair and it’s arrived with no guarantee sticker on the bottom. The delivery driver asked me to contact the office which I did within a few hours and got no response. I emailed them again on Monday and they’ve said we’ll make a note of it. I’ve asked them to either supply the guarantee sticker or collect the chair and give me a refund. Surprise.surprise no response. Buyer beware! Selling expensive chairs with no guarantee sticker and poor customer service!

We are very sorry that you received a Herman Miller chair that was missing the guarantee sticker. Very occasionally they are missing when we receive the chairs from the manufacturers but we only ever sell genuine chairs sourced directly from Herman Miller. We believe we have already responded to your email to us yesterday and offered to exchange your chair free of charge which we are very happy to do. We pride ourselves on making sure that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and endeavor to rectify any issues as soon as possible. Bought a chair. Was told when it would arrive. It arrived. It was on time and in perfect condition plus the Guy that delivered it was extremely pleasant and made sure to assure that I could call if there were any issues whatsoever. What more could you ask for?

Easy website and ordering, plenty of communication on delivery timeline, delivered when stated. Chair condition is perfect. Delivery driver Peter provided a level of customer service you can only dream of these days. He is a credit to Wellworking. I got a good vibe from this company.

Order to delivery was within 48 hours! Delivered and demoed by a Wellworking driver who took time to explain the various ergonomic settings and customisation options. Very impressive service and will recommend to my business associates and anyone who needs an office chair!

Great experience. It's so nice to get a chair without having to put it together and even better without all the cardboard. They were so efficient, my original delivery was Monday and then they were able to do Friday before. They were prompt and lovely. I am recommending to family and friends.
