I am very pleased with my new adjustable height desk and chair from Wellworking. The staff who delivered them were very helpful, and kindly removed my old desk from my office as well. They were also very knowledgeable and I now feel confident that I will get the most out of the products. My one complaint would be that I had previously given my business card to a member of staff when they were delivering to my office (this is how I heard of your company). I did not hear anything back and had to take the initiative in re-contacting you. Overall I am very happy with the service I have received and would certainly recommend you to others.

I needed an office chair and had had an awful experience trying to order one from John Lewis - JL delivered the wrong chair; I waited all day for delivery AND all day when they came to collect, so I tried Wellworking. Nice people - they answer the phone and actually know the products. I was able to try several chairs at their offices. I decided on a particular chair which was a special order but it came exactly as estimated. Delivered by two guys who put it in the (upstairs) room and then they set it up for me so I am sitting at the right position for my screen. The result - I was immediately in action. Good chair, good prices, nice people, reliable. Recommended!

I sit in a chair all day, and have put up with an old chair, but something dropped off it, and that was the moment I realised I needed proper back support. I spoke to many writer friends, the Aeron was mooted, I tried it out, but in conversation with the salesman from Wellworking, we decided (via his prompt) that the HM Mirra 2 would suit me better. It was @£200 cheaper that the Aeron. I was impressed. I tried it out. The chair arrived yesterday. David who delivered it was superb, careful when carrying it upstairs and he explained everything. I couldn't have asked for better service and a great price for a chair that has a 12 year warranty and that I think I have fallen in love with. It is everything I had hoped for and more. Wellworking impressively manage to achieve the friendly, personal service you expect from a smaller company with the professional efficiency you might expect from a larger one. From my initial phone conversation to get advice on which chair to buy to the setup of my chair by David (the man from the video!), I had all my expectations surpassed. I did however find the website a little difficult to navigate and thought it had too much detail on it e.g. I did not immediately appreciate the difference between "online store" and "precision service" Also, I wish there was the option of having a non-black Mirra2 under the precision service, or at least within a several week timeframe.

I found the staff at Wellworking to be very helpful though the whole process. From the initial call to discuss my particular needs and requirements for a chair to when it was delivered. The chair arrived on time and was delivered in person from someone from Wellworking. He was very professional & knowledgeable and talked me through exactly how the use the chair and get the best from it. I was also advised on how to benefit from sitting the correct way (ergonomically) at my desk as well as given the opportunity to ask questions and ensure I was satisfied with the product. I know I can follow up at any time with after-sales support and feel that they really cared about me getting what I needed from the chair and that I am fully happy with my purchase. I would thoroughly recommend them.

2nd time I've used wellworking and it's still business as usual. They have a great team which will help you get the right product ordered and then setup just for you. Can't say enough good things about them.

Chair was delivered at the agreed time, excellent assistance setting up the chair and making sure I was sitting correctly at my desk. The new chair looks great and I'm much happier sitting for long periods in my home office. A highly recommended service!

The website was good - quick links to find the chair I needed and good info on delivery expectations. Once my order was in I had a very prompt message about delivery date followed by a more precise hour window given in an email the next morning. On the delivery day I received a phone call asking it if was convenient to deliver 40 minutes before the scheduled time as they were making better than expected traffic. Chair was unwrapped by the delivery guys, chair taken to the room and packing taken away. Fantastic in all respects. Can you please take over my supermarket deliveries?...

I have awarded 4 stars rather than 5 because of one issue involving schedule for delivery. After placing my order I received an acknowledgement with a target delivery date; also an indication that I should inform you if that date was inconvenient and a warning that I might be charged if I didn't. I sent an email by return indicating the date was not possible and also rang about it. On the phone I was informed that my email had been received and would be passed on to the relevant department; in any case, I was told the date provided was only a rough approximation and I would be informed nearer the time about an actual date ("that date is just a guess at this point, when it arrives into we will contact you to arrange a firm date with you…"). I never received any subsequent information, but did receive a phone message on the target date that the delivery was in progress. As previously indicated I was out of London and therefore rang the customer service number, who then contacted the delivery people. It was clear that my email response to the target date and the information given then was not accurate or passed on. The delivery when I returned to London was exactly as stated, and the service at the point of delivery very good, as was the whole sales process up to the issue with the indicated delivery date. So 4 stars instead of 5.

Web site allows choice of options; Can choose delivery day (within London) and, to some degree, time; Delivery team to take the time to explain how the chair works and provide advice. Definitively recommend.

When the seat of my Herman Miller Aeron broke, I was devastated! I didn't have to worry because Wellworking came to the rescue! They had the seat in stock, and sent fitters to replace my broken seat the next day! The speed, price, efficiency and service I received from Wellworking was truly impressive. I would definitely recommend them.

Loaned me a chair to try with no questions, no obligation and no pressure to buy. Loved the chair and ordered one as soon as my trial was up. The special order took a few weeks to make and I was kept informed throughout the process, with a convenient delivery date booked in as soon as they knew when that would be. Chair was set up and I was given all kinds of advice from the helpful member of staff who delivered it. Could not recommend more highly. Great, great service. And really happy with my Mirra2 chair as well.

Excellent service; delivered at the agreed time and a really helpful induction (from David) on how to properly adjust the chair to ensure optimal benefit. I also liked the fact that the packaging is removed so you don't have to concern yourself with disposal. And it was cheaper than JLP!
