I bought a Herman Miller Aeron Chair after receiving a demo in their showroom. Their highly competent staff came and set me up at my home office, giving me a solid introduction to the chair and ergonomic aspects of working at a desk. Top guys, highly recommend!

There was good communication from Wellworking throughout the order, via email, and they tailored the delivery of the chair to suit me and also helped bring it into my flat.

The company was very reactive in contacting me after the sale to arrange delivery date and time and they delivered a full service (get the product to the right room and take all the packaging away) as advertised.

Easily 5 stars feeling sad that buying a chair is not a recurring purchase. Scheduled to arrive very early (I had to reschedule because could not anticipate that that would occur), delivered by an expert who installed it and gave advice not only how to position the purchased product but also gave me lots of information and insight on how to solve the problem for which I purchased it for. I wish more British businesses were like them, tilting towards delivering value than cutting corners.

The product (a Hermann Miller office chair) was considerably cheaper at Wellworking than John Lewis (where I originally saw and tried it out). The guy that delivered it couldn't have been any more helpful – the chair was unpacked and assembled before he came to the door and he then spent 10-15 minutes going through all the various ways of adjusting it. Very good service indeed!

I purchased a Herman Miller Embody Chair via Wellworking. From start to finish the experience was exceptional and to have Phil deliver the chair and explain how it works, why it works and set it up for my particular requirements was exactly what I needed. I have yet to use the after sales offer but I would have no hesitation to do so. I thoroughly recommend Wellworking to anyone.

I'm just a SOHO user rather than a big enterprise but the service from Wellworking has been excellent. Good communication around delivery dates and times, delivery guys were great. No complaints at all.

The office chair was delivered on the agreed day and already assembled. Philip gave me a full demonstration of the chair functions and then set it up for me. I would recommend Wellworking and would use them again.

They did exactly what they said they would do. I particularly liked that I was contacted regularly on the delivery day to keep me informed of their ETA. Pleasant delivery guys who did a good assembly job. Absolutely no complaints.

The best customer service I have experienced for some time. I was kept well informed about my order and the delivery. My new office chair was then delivered personally to Manchester (from London) by Phil from Wellworking. Phil took time to give me a free DSE assessment and gave me some great advice for how I can improve my working position. Brilliant product and absolutely first class company to deal with.

I bought my Aeron chair from Wellworking a while ago, in large part because of their reputation for customer service, and the help they offer with set-up. I was always very satisfied with their communications, but there was a delay on the delivery day which meant I missed the chance of set-up advice. Once I finally got round to asking for this to be put right, Wellworking sent David down to my home in the South West to set the chair up to the fullest advantage - and a very good job he did of it! These chairs are an expensive, premium product, and I recommend using Wellworking for their impressive customer service ethos.
