I was really pleased with the Humanscale ergonomic desk chair that I bought from Wellworking. Philip, who delivered the chair, was really helpful in showing me how to adjust the height of the chair and arms. He also gave me some great advice about how to make the chair work best for me along with making some other adjustments to my work space, like the height of my computer screen and foot rest. He also took the chair out of its packaging and took that away so that I wouldn't have to dispose of it. I thought Philip and Wellworking went above and beyond great customer service.

Ordering was fast and simple & I was sent email updates regarding delivery date & times. The chair was delivered on-time and was installed by Alistair who showed me how all the controls worked and removed all the packaging. Excellent service overall

Pretty good - required some chasing up to get specifics on dates (and an error initially suggested the chair would be delivered a week later). However, this was rectified, and the delivery guy was extremely polite when it did arrive.

Philip, who delivered the chairs, was very patient and thorough in explaining how we should get the best from them. Pricing was keen which was beneficial given that these are expensive chairs. My only reservation so as not to give 5 stars was that one chair could not be found even though indicated as in stock and I had to chase to get a date for its future delivery - it would have been better service if the company had contacted me promptly with this information.

Wellworking kept me informed as to the status, and expected delivery date of my new office chair. They gave me an hour window for the delivery. I was also shown how to adjust and best use my chair, which is a brilliant service.

My whole experience of buying a new office chair from Wellworking, from start to finish, has been really excellent. The communication from them has been helpful as I was kept right up to date with the progress of my order, through to booking in the delivery time - which was a one hour window. My chair was delivered today and was set up for me so that I was sitting correctly and comfortably. The chair itself is even better than I thought it would be. Thank you very much. I will definitely buy from you again.

I ordered a Herman Miller chair. It came on time. A very well informed, polite and well trained gentleman delivered the chair and demonstrated the chairs functions and set me up for my home office. Highly recommend this company. Chair itself is excellent. Have same one at work too.

Ordered a chair for the home office environment, arranged for a delivery time and then on the day, had an excellent walk through of the chair and how best to set it up. Really excellent service from beginning to end, highly recommended. One suggestion by them was to get a foot support which I have now done, again from Wellworking.

Wellworking were the recommended distributor for a Herman Miller chair I liked but I had already bookmarked the site before I found out! The order process was easy and I appreciated having lots of customisation options. The service was very personal and I was contacted several times to ensure that I am aware of the delivery times. I ordered the £10 delivery where the chair is set up and packaging removed. Philip, the delivery person, was one of the most enthusiastic people I've ever met - he was very helpful and stayed for nearly 20 minutes to explain everything about the chair and to set it up to my requirements. He is clearly proud of the company he works for and I will definitely go to Wellworking for my next order.

Excellent experience with Wellworking Quick and easy online order, excellent price and free delivery. Item arrived within the 1 hour time slot as promised and was in perfect condition. Got a good thorough explanation on all the product features and ergonomics too! Highly recommended will use again!

Wonderful service - so glad I bought my desk chair from this company. They didn’t just kept me informed about when it would arrive and then delivered it on time, they showed me how it worked and then taught me the best position to work in to prevent physical problems and alleviate backache, neck ache and so on. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
