Something that is quite rare these day... An excellent all round service! David, who delivered my Herman Miller Aeron was an absolute gent and set it up for me before leaving. Well done and keep it up!

Happy with the purchase. Just pay attention when you order a product that the expected delivery day will be different than the one in the checkout. They will call and arrange a day and approximate time for delivery. The chair I ordered was already assembled. Delivered to the room/place you need it. Nice people.

I had an old chair (about 12 years old) which broke and was going to be thrown away. When the guys from Wellworking brought my new chair, they mentioned that they could fix the old one. Given I paid almost £800 for the old chair, I was very keen to take up the offer. I was contacted by Wellworking a few days later with a very reasonable quote to fix the old chair and am now using it once again. My Wife has the new one! I don't recommend things very often but Wellworking are a cut above the rest if you ask me and I would recommend them and their products to everyone and anyone. Fantastic service, polite and knowledgeable people and sensible pricing. 5 stars. It's really not enough.

I'd recommend purchasing chairs from Wellworking. Not only could I get exactly what I wanted (finally an Aeron owner!) but the customer service was excellent. Particularly impressed with the personal service and training as to how to use the chair, setting it up for me and ensuring I was confident using it. I can see their service would be of great value to employers too.

I only expected Wellworking to deliver my chair, but the guy who came offered a great deal of informative advice on how to use the chair and set it up correctly for me at my desk. Very impressed, well over my expectations.

We’ve bought 6 chairs from well working over the years and each time the experience has been very satisfactory. On one occasion a chair was damaged and they immediately replaced it. We would always buy office furniture from them.
