This is the third order of Herman Miller Chairs we have made with Wellworking as our company has grown. Once again, we received a punctual service and charming, knowledegable deliver. We have been in a safe pair of hands with Wellworking who, on our first order, when things went slightly awry with the mechanics of our chair, stayed on hand and visited us until the issue was resolved. Would order from them again and again.

i ordered a herman miller aeron chair and just expected it to be delivered but the deliver guy showed me how to use all the features and the advantages of each to get the best ergonomics out of my desk set up, way above any normal service level he genuinely cared that I would get the best out of my purchase.

After researching the market I knew I wanted a Herman Miller Aeron. I also wanted a full fat specification (Mineral with polished Alu), and I wanted the very most competitive price, and I wanted immediate delivery. The chair arrived a day or so later, delivered by then. Unpacked and installed by a very knowledgable guy who not only knew how to set up the chair but also tips on how to make sure I had the right posture and stuff. He also explained the history to this iconic chair. Wellworking proovded a faultless experience, with an exceptional product, winning price, quick delivery and awesome service throughout. Couldn’t be happier.

Great service, delivery and set-up. Answered my pre-purchase questions; delivered on time; set up of the chair was very thorough (thank you David). Competitve price. Was available slightly cheaper at just one other supplier but without the first-floor installation and set-up. Happy I spent the extra.

I was looking for a desk chair for my office that was configurable and could provide me with full back support, following a back injury. I was looking for guidance on the options in the higher end (£1,000+) of the range of office chairs. We found Wellworking and a range of other websites online. We chose Wellworking based on its website's ease of use and the range of chairs/office furniture both shown and available. But I knew I had to try chairs before selecting the one for me. We booked to visit Wellworking's office off the A40 and liked the environment and the welcome when we got there. I was well advised about my options and the range of issues I should consider and tried out a range of chairs, getting clear pretty quickly that the RH Logic 400 was exactly what I wanted. We were able quickly then to navigate and choose which optional extras made sense (material, headrest, armrests etc) and placed an order. The overall price also came in a little below what I had been expecting which was a pleasant surprise. Yesterday the chair was delivered to my home by Wellworking and David spent all the time we needed to set the chair up optimally in my office and to explain fully its configurability. This is helpful for me as I am lazy about reading instruction manuals and could have failed to use half the valuable adjustments on the chair! I am delighted with all aspects of purchasing my chair from Wellworking.

Cheapest on the market for the office chair I was after and got it to me within 2-3 days of purchase odver the festive period when most companies were shot. On top of that, the installer/delivery team talked me through ergonomics in the simplest of term. I will recommend this company above others.

The team at Wellworking are LOVELY. Helpful, informative and thoughtful, not to mention really well priced, beautifully designed furniture. We would certainly go to them again. They organised our old chairs to be removed at a reasonable price too.

Love the Aeron chair I got. The delivery was on a time I was available and they even got rid of the excess packaging for me. Carried it all the way where I want it to be and helped me set up. Also showed me how to use the chair properly.

Paul was always there to help in the selection process - offering unbiased advice and guidance, the pricing is very competitive and the options are always available. I was kept up to date regarding delivery and the goods arrived when they said they would.
