Exceeded all my expectations - will be raving about it to others. I never post reviews, but am doing so now. The sales team were excellent and it was followed up with a great delivery service and the wonderful David who seemed to be genuinely interested in ensuring we get the most out of our new chairs!

With Digital Dragonfly's recommendation, I ordered a Herman Miller Sayl desk chair. Great price on an excellent product with 5-star delivery and assistance from Philip in setting up the chair for optimal performance. Thinking of getting a second chair for my home office and possibly a desk.

The chair I ordered arrived quickly with no fuss. It was unboxed ready to go, and setup in my work space for so no packaging to discard. Would recommend.

Everything was very efficient and helpful, from ordering / discussing my specifications, to scheduling delivery, to being set up with the chair by the delivery man (whose pardon I beg as I have forgotten his name). In particular, the delivery man arrived on time, set me up very comfortably and then offered to visit me at my offices (where I have another Miller chair, but on which I was not set up).

Communication with WW from day one was fantastic, prompt, informative and polite. They seemed more than flexible to try to accommodate my delivery requirements as well. Delivery was on time and the delivery guy was very friendly and polite - a rarity these days. Definitely one of the best experiences I have had recently when buy high value goods online. Thanks again.

I always think a good measure of a company is the quality of the delivery people. Most companies don't realise that the delivery people are client facing. This morning I had a desk and chair installed, I could not be happier with the two delivery guys from Wellworking. They were polite, respectful of my home (as I had just had it decorated), efficient, and have done a great job of installing my desk. The whole process has been great, right from ordering to delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wellworking.

The wait was long, as the colour chosen, but the delivery, installation in my room, full onsite user training, removal of all the packing and no assembly required was great! I would absolutely recommended this company to anyone :-)

I would recommend Well-Working to anyone. Friendly and reliable customer service before during and after purchase. Sadly we were let down by the goods that we bought and had to return them. Well-working collected the goods and issued a full refund.

i ordered a herman miller aeron chair. it was delivered on time and i was given a helpful tutorial on how to use it. wellworking was also cheaper than john lewis. my business would purchase from wellworking again.

The price was much better that other retailers. I had a few questions which were answered on the phone before I ordered. The order process was straightforward with the delivery date and time confirmed very quickly. On delivery the guy helped setup the chair I'd ordered and gave some useful advice. I've already recommended Wellworking to a colleague based on my experience.

I bought an Aeron from Wellworking through the website. The price was competitive but what set them apart was the delivery driver carrying it upstairs to my office, setting it up for me and give me a tutorial on the various adjustments. Great service, I'd definitely purchase from them again.

My ancient Herman Miller Aeron chair needed repairs. Wellworking provided an excellent quote, did the work quickly, and delivered the chair back to me. The Wellworking driver not only explained the repairs work and demonstrated proper use of the chair's mechanism, but then insisted on carrying it up two steep flights of stairs to my office. A terrific company with fabulous service!

I purchased a Herman Miller Setu chair and it was delivered the following day. Speaking to Wellworking on the phone was very helpful and it quickly confirmed that my choice was best suited for my use. The delivery was by a very friendly and courteous driver who ensured that the chair was properly adjusted and installed before removing all packaging. The price was very competitive and I am very pleased with the comfort of my purchase. This supplier has to be among the best that I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

From my initial phone conversation about the chair I wanted and my delivery requirements, to placing the order online to sorting out a delivery slot the customer service given was great. My chair arrived within minutes of the timeslot starting, and the friendly and helpful delivery man took the chair to the right room and ran through all the features of the chair, making sure I understood before he left, taking the packaging with him. Great from start to finish.

This is the second Aeron chair I've bought from Wellworking and the customer service this time was even better than the first. I ordered the chair on Monday evening and received on Wednesday morning. The gentleman who delivered my chair was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Exceeded my expectations which were very high based on past experience with Wellworking.

From start to finish Wellworking made choosing the right chair for me a pleasure. I have spinal arthritis and needed a chair that would enable me to work comfortably. Harry gave great advice and discussed options with me. Once the order was made the chair was delivered quickly and David spent a long time setting the chair up in the optimum position and recommended a foot rest (my previous bad working position was exacerbating the problem). I have ordered this from Wellworking and am waiting its arrival. I would thoroughly recommend Well working. I spent time researching both the chair and looking at companies that sell the chair (Herman Miller Aeron). Wellworking made no pressure and were friendly and caring.
