“Shipping was fast, even considering postal service transfers and customs inspections associated with international shipping. The unboxing process was even better. I was pleased by the quality and presentation of the packaging and the addition of small surprises. For something as simple as a NATO strap, I was impressed!”

“To Richard and Lisa, thank you very much for taking the time and helping me find not only this but many other straps. I may not have taken Richard's advice on the strap for this watch but the voucher for the free first strap made me feel a little less guilty ;) Your customer service is spot on, WatchGecko. I had quick and personal responses to my queries, no issues with orders, and the packaging is lovely -- Really appreciate that the straps came in cardboard/paper holders that I can repurpose for the straps I remove. The cleaning cloths and beer mats are such a wonderful touch -- getting more than what I expect in the delivery only makes me love your brand more! Thank you.”
