“Several watch fans recommended Gecko; I took their advice and was not disappointed despite knowing I'd have to pay an extra 23% VAT. It's a quality bracelet. Communication, packaging and delivery time to Ireland were excellent, great customer and marketing approach. I'd have no hesitation in buying low price items again, but would not buy anything expensive due to the VAT. What a pity great SME's like Gecko are being so badly hindered by England's Brexit decision.”

“I ordered the Geckota Slim Line and unfortunately, there was an issue with the screw links in the one I received. WatchGecko Customer Service is top notch as within 2 days, a replacement bracelet was shipped out with no questions, no delays, no worries. That is the highest level of Customer Service anyone can hope for. Stellar level. The packaging and presentation was above par and it came with a nice protective watch sleeve.”
