“Great quality leather, it looks like it will break in beautifully. It’s isn’t too stiff to be uncomfortable and has slowly loosened up like quality leather. Packed well, shipping time for an international order was good. Arrived spotless.”

“I had cause to contact customer services as I was having difficulty, when shortening the bracelet, screwing the pins back in. Several would not return fully into the link they came from. After a couple of emails to CS, which were answered promptly, I managed to make the bracelet fit with fully screwed in pins. I still have two links left where the pins will not screw in fully. Packaging and delivery very good.”

“What can I say? 🤔 It's hard nowadays to find a company that hasn't made sacrifices in their products and customer service. Yet, I have no worries on either point with WatchGecko, I have the confidence in knowing their watch straps are of the highest quality materials. I just love the leather they use. Out of the box, they're comfortable, no need to "wear' them in for a period of time. Presentation and packaging of the straps when you receive them tell you these people care. Any interactions I have had with the staff at WatchGecko have been friendly, helpful and left me feeling very satisfied with the outcome.”
