“It was sent by DHL which does not have a way for me to contact them other than a stupid phone menu where I can't speak to someone. It was apparently transferred to a third party last month but they don't provide any info on who that is. I still haven't received the product I paid for.”

“This was my first time ordering anything from WatchGecko after having visited their site, among others, many times. I was hoping that the strap purchase would go well. It's quite unfortunate that it did not. Not expecting much at this point.”

“Ordered 11/29 intended for Christmas delivery and a shipping label was created several days after ordering. No sign that the package is even in the country over three weeks later. Customer service unresponsive to my messages.”

“Wasn't happy with first watch purchase. Having issues with the watch then I have been told to go to a local watch specialist to solve the timing issue. The watch only three weeks old should be still under there return policy or at least warranty. I normally like to purchase my watch starps from watchgecko, but after the customer service I've received, I don't think I will in the future. Still waiting for their reply.”

“Strap is solid but I had a bad experience with dealing with customer service. For refunds and returns, the company likes to hold onto the taxes paid. I placed an order with multiple straps that included a 12.99 shipping fee. One of the items I purchased did not ship because it was out of stock. However, they only refunded me the base price of the strap and did not refund me the tax I paid. I thought this was very odd so I contacted customer service about this. The first response was the following: "The taxes are non refundable, When you pay those its to receive your shipment into your country and they are not part of the refund." I thought this was very odd since I paid a separate shipping fee. How does this have anything to do with taxes I'm paying for the product? So I pushed them on this since I DID NOT EVEN GET THE ITEM since it was out of stock. Then they responded in the following manner: "Accounts have checked this for you and I can confirm you were issued the correct amount, its not the full total due to you using a discount code on your order." (1) How does using a discount code affect the refund of taxes? Logically, this makes no sense! (2) Since the company charged me for an item including taxes and it was out of stock, they basically stole money from me without providing any services. They just pocketed the taxes on the "imaginary item". How is this even allowed? Anyways, there are plenty of other watch strap companies out there. I would never use this company again.”

“The strap seems fine, but I've never experienced worse shipping/customer service. I placed my order on December 8th, never giving it a moment's worry that the strap (which I intended as a Christmas present) wouldn't arrive before December 25th. Not only did it miss Christmas, but it was well into the new year before it was finally delivered. It took 32 days to ship, which is completely unacceptable under any circumstances. Also the strap didn't have any spring bars, which caused another headache. I've ordered a few straps over the years from Watch Gecko - but after this most recent purchase, I can't see myself ever ordering from here again.”

“I got a strap with the wrong size, customer service didn't care and just been ignoring my emails for months now. I seriously do not recommend buying from WatchGecko, ZULUDIVER has its own website with worldwide shipping now.”
