“As usual very professional slick service. However it loses 1 star because I was hooked in with 20% discount on NTH watches. This didn't apply to this watch as it was already discounted, but then they were all discounted! I did however get 10% discount so grateful for that.”

“Possibly my misunderstanding, but I was under the impression that I was eligible for a free spring bar tool with my purchase. The Hamilton Bracelet was a nightmare to remove and the tool would have been really helpful. Otherwise the service was excellent.”

“I love the items I bought, especially the suede rally straps in assorted colours and sizes. However, i find it disappointing that Watch Gecko targeted me via email weeks after to then tell me that the items I have bought are now available with a further 33% off?? Why target me again after I transacted? Your CRM team deserves pulling up on that as it doesn’t leave a good feeling post purchase.”
