“I have bought from WatchGecko before, and they didn't let me down with my latest purchase. Communication is excellent, as is the speed of delivery. I was actually sent the wrong strap initially, but as soon as I had emailed to let them know this the correct strap was on it's way, and arrived soon after. No quibbles. The strap itself is very nice and of the quality I had expected.”

“Always have had great service (even when a strap wasn't to my liking and had to be returned - no issues and that gave me confidence to continue using this company). My strap was with me within 2 days of placing the order, tracked all the way and nicely packaged with a branded cleaning cloth and even a beer mat included - a nice touch.”
