“Fantastic customer service, and super fast shipping. I ordered and within the same day it was packed and on its way. I live on the West Coast USA and the strap arrived from the UK in three days with their express shipping. That’s faster than most stuff ships and arrives from the USA. The quality of the strap lives up to the price. It caught the eye of a friend who is not into watches and he was amazed at the quality, look, etc.. The strap is comfortable and seems like it will last for years. I would highly recommend working with WatchGecko.”

“Watch was well packed and arrived in Australia promptly. Packing material was not excessive and was recyclable. Presentation was perfect - gave the impression that I was a valued customer. This was my first watch from WatchGecko/Geckota but I have bought straps, accessories and tools from them since 2017. I have never been disappointed. And this time, I was particularly pleased with the extras that were in the box - watch travel pouch, polishing cloth and springbar tool.”

“Chocolate brown, real Italian handmade leather watch strap fits nicely to my new Certina DS-2 with black dial. And it’s very comfortable to wear. I also appreciate that you have started to use the Royal mail for shipment abroad. The UPS made the straps unnecessary more expensive. Perhaps tax free shopping abroad also could be something to consider since I have to pay 25% VAT when I receive your shipment. But all over, I’m very satisfied with your service and your product's and your newsletters are welcome 😊”
