“Item arrived undamaged-which was good. However, the shipping was a little expensive and took 10 days to ship from Gloucestershire, UK to Arizona, US but that was to be expected considering customs. Overall great service!”

“Three straps bought to replace OEM straps on a Bremont MBII. A Zennor FKM, a Mayday Sailcloth and a Seaqual upcycled fabric. All are superb fit and quality, at a fraction of the cost of the straps they are replacing with no drop in look or comfort! Superb customer service to arrange for a replacement strap after the original ordered went out of stock. Prompt with no messing about. Also put a Mayday Sailcloth on a Moonswatch, looks fantastic! Have used Zuludiver NATO’s for years but this is my first purchase of traditional straps, will definitely not be my last.”

“The Watch Gecko CS team were great. My strap arrived and I noticed the pin indent on the buckle was off-centre. I got in contact just asking for a replacement buckle and the next day I had a replacement strap with buckle. That is great service.”

“I have bought from WatchGecko before, and they didn't let me down with my latest purchase. Communication is excellent, as is the speed of delivery. I was actually sent the wrong strap initially, but as soon as I had emailed to let them know this the correct strap was on it's way, and arrived soon after. No quibbles. The strap itself is very nice and of the quality I had expected.”
