“The watch strap I purchased looked and felt great, but unfortunately, it broke just after my 2nd wear. It felt quite sturdy, but I just bent my wrist and it sort-of exploded on itself. It ended up happening in a public place so I couldn’t manage to track down all the pieces and now I can’t wear the bracelet with me watch.”

“Vintage Highley Watch strap arrived in a couple of days. I incorrectly ordered a 21mm strap and WatchGecko replaced this with a 22mm strap, with no quibble, great communication and they paid for postage in both directions. I highly recommend this company and will certainly be purchasing further watch straps from them.”
