“Very helpful and typically polite in the british manner. The shipment out from GB was swift, but all shipments tends to stop up when they arrive into Norway. The shipment from GB, overseas via France and Denmark is faster than within Norway, but that is a norwegian postal service issue.”

“Really impressed by the Watchgecko straps I bought. I purchased 3 Vegan Leather straps great quality, looks and feels just like real leather but with the feel good factor. Packaging was fitst class, shipping and overall experience great. Pricey product, but when you receive it, it's all worth it. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent customer service. Received the navy blue 400 Italian rubber strap as a birthday gift, however, it was the wrong size and the colour didn't complement my Tudor watch. A refund was handled very smoothly and swiftly and a new green strap was ordered and received very promptly.”
