“Nice Jacket but after wearing it out I realised it was too small. I would order bigger if I was to order again the size guid was a bit of for me. I’ve given it to a slimmer friend”

“I ordered two pair of their moleskin trousers of the same size, one was 2.5 inches more than the other on the waistband. I return the one that did not fit with a note, W and H did not explain which one was the correct size. There quality control must be a bit hit and miss, a pity the trousers are not at all bad.”

“Was not too happy I orderd 2 hats,One was branded with Walker & Hawkes the other was unbranded and a different design. I just do not understand. Its like me ordering a Moschino garment with no Moschino branding on it, I just would not of orderd it.So a bit disappointed a would not order hear again.As I am looking for a certain quality and trust from a brand.”

“The item purchased was supposed to have been delivered 4 days ago. However, because of a delivery issue, not knowing if the item will be delivered before Christmas, we're unable to verify the fit and quality of the item in question!”

“The actually hat itself is fine - though sizing a bit small. What has lost the stars is the appalling delivery service, although the customer service afterwards to refund the cost of delivery did go some way to resolve my issue.”

Hi Vanya We're sorry about your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when things don't go to plan. Unfortunately, we don't have much control over the delivery service and drivers. We only pack the orders and they get collected by our couriers. Also, we do not currently have a live chat feature as part of our customer support services. “The company offers a wide variety of good clothing. The wax jackets are a good cheaper alternative to the more luxury brands. Unfortunately, the refund policy does not include the dispatch money, which is very expensive outside the UK.”

“Good price for quality. Hmm zipper made of plastic, so in my opinion not very durable. Sleeves in one of the jacket has a weird cut or wrinkle. Nor too serious.”

“The quality of the product was very good unfortunately it was the wrong size (my fault ) but after speaking to customer service I was told I have to send it back get a refund which I am still waiting for then reorder the correct size.”

“Having paid for express delivery, it took 3 weeks to arrive due to a lot of issues with duties. Loads of emails with Vik and phone calls with DHL to solve it. Anyway it arrived and it's ok although size 12 would be better fit, as it doesn't need many layers underneath...but not returning it after all this hassle. Very warm indeed, the zipper could be better and just think that the arms are a bit too wide !”

“I couldn't find the conversion to dollars and ordered in pounds. This was frustrating to me. I later e-mailed you and saw where it was---very small at the top of the screen. Your response was very prompt and appreciated. Your shipping was prompt.”

“Tweed jacket is rather puffy. Length of arms and jacket is good but breast and belly way too big. I weigh 210 pounds and measure 6’4”, bought and returned XL. Jacket looks very good although fabric is noisy Plastic fibre lining? Flanel shirt fabric is nice but arms way too short and collar too wide. Also XL. Be aware that EU orders over £150 are due to extra import duties and taxes. on top of UK taxes.”

“Issues with the fit of both the women's tweed and men's tweed coat. Women's tweed coat measurements were not accurate. Larger than expected around the chest area and much tighter around the bottom of the coat. (Typical size 6) Men's tweed coat is VERY wide making it a not favourable fit for taller athletic types. Also the shoulder seam on this coat is non existing making tube like arms from the neck. (Typical size XL reg / L tall) Otherwise the products are beautiful to look at!”

“Okay, so the wax I bought in a tin for my jacket was decent enough. However, I did have to find a YouTube video of someone rewaxing a coat because the directions on the tin were less than comprehensive. If you are about to buy wax and do your coat, melt the wax ENTIRELY in the tin by boiling it in a pan of water on the hob. Then sponge it on, but not too much or you'll have very sticky areas on the coat. If you are too vigorous with it, use a hairdryer to soften or melt the wax again and then remove by working a sponge or cloth over it. The fact that I've had to tell you that is reason enough for the 3-star review.”
