I ordered the product and saw it was received. FedEx reported the label was made, but Walker and Hawkes never sent the shirt. This has been a disappointing experience.

As we can t try. It is too small for m'y husband.. Hé had site L and Hé need XL.. It is too complicated to change it Sorry but we are not happy

Highly disappointed. Stitching of the gilet was noticeably defective, yet it was shipped to me anyway. Now I am stuck with an imperfect product. See the two attached pictures.

I bought the Men’s Derby Tweed Barlaston Shooting Jacket from Walker and Hawkes and I’m very happy with it. The problema is that Walker and Hawkes made a mistake sending to their carrier a comercial invoice without the VAT which was already paid when I bought the garment. So, the carrier invoiced me for the VAT plus their administration fee! I contacted Walker and Hawkes, so they could solve the problem and get me a refund of what I paid the carrier and, instead of solving the problem that was their fault having issued an incorrect invoice, they told me that I had to talk to the carrier – that I have to say was theirs and not mine. Nevertheless, I contacted the carrier, and I was able to solve the problem by myself. Amazing customer care! Evidently by the carrier, not Walker and Hawkes. If you buy at Walker and Hawkes’ online shop from outside of the UK be careful because they don’t update the exchange rate of the Pound against the Euro or the Dollar. So, I recommend that you buy in Pounds and see what real rate you get in your preferred currency. As I’ve already said, awful service.

I ordered a jacket, you sent me the wrong size , i sent it back , ordering an other one , but you didn't refund the entire amount bur 25 pounds less , your firm is not honest , I will never deal with you again.

DHL costs are not re-imbursed, other sellers do re-imburse, this is a weak point, so i will not order again. you don't have the real-estate costs for shops, so you could do an effort or give a discount at the next purchase...

Walker and Hawkes has failed to deliver my order. My payment to Walker and Hawkes is complete yet Walker and Hawkes has not paid to have my order delivered to my mailing address.

I placed my order on the 28th of November - today is the 19th of December and I still haven't received my item after three weeks. I did telephone customer services at W&H. The person I spoke to refused to take responsibility and blamed the post office between sniffing loudly and talking in an incomprehensible mumble. He offered no compensation or any kind of goodwill. Having looked at some reviews for W&H I notice that many were written within the last two weeks, in other words people are in fact receiving items. So where is mine? The service from W&H has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I purchased my product pre the mail strikes but I haven’t received it yet. I have informed Walker and Hawkes of this - they sent me a tracking number but no apology or real effort to help me. Three weeks later and still no item. Extremely disappointed and won’t be buying from here again.

Hi Victoria Thanks for your review. I have checked your tracking information and see it is still out for delivery - having arrived at the Bristol sorting office early this morning. As you are aware, Royal Mail strikes have delayed your delivery which will hopefully be with you before Christmas. We are sorry you were disappointed with your experience on this occasion. Unfortunately, we do not get updates from the courier service if orders have been on hold or are yet to be delivered. The jacket that I bought has very short sleeves - and a very large girth. I had read reviews that said this, and advised to go for a larger size than normal, so I did. What I have now is a jacket that looks ridiculously large around the middle, with very short sleeves. A bit of a waste of money really. I don't know why sizing couldn't be in line with suit jacket sizing, or give better measurements for sleeve length. I normally take a 42L suit, and that would normally be a Large in jackets. So I got extra large, and the sleeves are actually shorter than a medium size jacket in any other brand. I assume they are made in china, so don't understand how long the arms are on a 6ft 3 person. This jacket would fit a 5ft 8 person weighing about 140kg. ie not many people.
