“Hola, ya les había comprado un chaqueta y conocía la buena calidad de sus productos, por eso me decidí a otra compra a pesar de que el costo del envío es elevado pero en mi país (Uruguay) no se consiguen prendas de las que Uds. ofrecen sobre todo las chaquetas enceradas. Así que muy contenta con mi nueva chaqueta Walker and Hawkes. Gracias”

“My first time ordering from Walker and Hawkes and I was super impressed with their selection and service. I ordered a shooting gilet and when I received it, I realized I needed a larger size. Time was ticking, so I immediately order a larger size and at the same time returned the first one. Even with the international shipping to the US, I received each item within 5 days of ordering. Walker and Hawkes received my return and immediately issued a full refund for the item. Well done!”

“As far as I am aware this Company provides a range of mens and womens country style clothing. I have no issues with the quality or speed of service and delivery which was good. The product arrived speedily and was all that I had hoped, apart from it being on the large side for a medium, but the advantage is I can wear a winter woolie jumper in the deep winter. Nice product.”

“I like the vests but, several weeks after I returned the wrong sizes using the label that they sent me, they have still not issued a refund and have not responded to my emails about the issue. I ordered the correct size while returning the wrong ones, but now I essentially paid double the price. So, in sum, I would say nice vests, but poor customer service.”
