“Great service, excellent product and helpful staff. I contacted them regarding a sizing query and was advised to order two sizes and return the one that didn't fit. My husband was delighted with his new hat on Christmas Day and I returned the other size via Royal Mail using the arrangements on the website. I was surprised and very pleased that the return service was free. Thank you.”
