“The hat I ordered was was fine, but the delivery was awful (if you can call it delivery) DPD was used. They emailed me to tell me they would deliver my package between a time. My wife waited for the package. It never came, then it said my package was at a packet shop (it didn't say which), and later the evening, the package was suddenly at the DPD depot. The next day, I received another email stating that they would deliever my parcel between 9:13 - 10:13. My wife waited for the parcel and tracked it on their map. It stopped in a street in the city for a few hours, then told us it was at a packet shop, and we needed to pick it up. Delivery wasn't attempted at all. We contacted Walker and Hawkes about this, as I had paid over €20 for postage, they told us what we already knew, that the parcel was at a package shop. The man in the package shop was incredibly rude. Simply because of the delivery and lack of support, I will never order from Walker and Hawkes again.”

“I have no problems concerning Walker and Hawkes' service but the flat cap that I purchased was a disappointment. It was a poorly constructed, baggy, shapeless mess. I tried to shrink the body but in the end end, threw it in the bin in disgust.”

“Way way too long delivery time. I waited over a month for an item, that should have been in stock. I wanted to return an item and change to another size. In their return form it gave the option to exchange the item, but nothing happened. When I contacted them, they just told me, that it was not an option to exchange - strange procedures in that company”

“I ordered a Hampton fleece Gilet in Navy and was sent one in Olive, this had a hole in the left hand pocket so was returned. I re-ordered and received the correct colour but this one has a faulty zip so this will be returned and I will shop elsewhere for one !”

“Hi 👋🏻 Was my first ever purchase I bought a large baker boy cap to be honest wasn’t completely happy with my purchase the stitching was uneven around the front of the cap but I really couldn’t be bothered as the cap was £9:99 and to send it back would cost me half that cost to send it back.”

“Not sure what the hat is like, as it didn't arrive on the date agreed, Royal Mail messed up the delivery as usual and we left for our trip minus the water proof hat, please change your delivery partners and I will use you again”

“A disappointing experience. I was interested in purchasing a Men's hunting gilet but was unsure of the size I needed. Vik was quick to respond with a suggestion. I went ahead and purchased the recommended size. It arrived shortly in Adelaide, Australia, but was way too small. I ended up posting it back (at my own expense). Overall I have lost about $60 in postage fees (as the postage is non-refundable) and still had no gilet to wear. I do not think I'll be purchasing from Walker and Hawkes again as their refund policy (for international buyers) does not provide free exchange or any type of postage refund.”

“I received the wrong product and what brothers me most is that there is no feedback. No mail from the shipment company, no information what so ever. I understand that it will need some time but it would be nice to know if it is received.. waited long for the jumper so I hope the right jumper arrives a month later…. Printing label size is not according to the A6 unfortunately.”

“Coat bought had a broken strap under one arm (stitching had come undone but not worth the hassle of sending back). Found a hat I was interested in on the website but the pictures did not show, inquired if a picture was available and just got a suggestion back to search Wax hats, which when run produced the same issue.”

“Size advertised was not correct. Stated size was for age 15/16. When received size on jacket was age 13/14 hence too small. As a result the jacket had to be returned at my own cost.”

“The Gilet is nice except for two points . Firstly I bought the largest size of 3XL - and compared to other similar sized items I have just bought " it is not a generous size " ! Secondly one important element of the gilet is the zip, which is lightweight compared to other similar gilets, with a very poor toggle and looks liable to break off at some time soon !”
