“The actually hat itself is fine - though sizing a bit small. What has lost the stars is the appalling delivery service, although the customer service afterwards to refund the cost of delivery did go some way to resolve my issue.”

Hi Vanya We're sorry about your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when things don't go to plan. Unfortunately, we don't have much control over the delivery service and drivers. We only pack the orders and they get collected by our couriers. Also, we do not currently have a live chat feature as part of our customer support services. Therefore, it is unlikely that the chat you had was with a member of our team. It might have been with your courier, DPD. “When my grandson decided that he wanted to look like Sherlock Holmes and get a deerstalker hat we started looking on the internet and we ordered one from Walker and Hawkes. It arrived quickly and the quality is great. cannot be happier!”

“I ordered a boy's Harrington Jacket for our grandson from Walker and Hawkes. I ordered a size 26 and the jacket arrived quickly however whilst the wrapping said it was a size 26, the actual jacket was size 28. I contacted Walker and Hawkes and they sent out a returns label and despatched the replacement straight away - with an apology. Very impressed with the quality of the jacket and customer service.”

“Delivery to a difficult country (Kazakhstan) was quick via a reasonable DHL delivery. Qualitybis very high, just used leather hat for a day out in the sun, in high temperatures. Alcott waistcoats count do with another size option for me but are comfortable and high quality. Snood and boy cap seem comfortable but must wait for winter to fully asses. Brilliant Thanks”
