“Order was despatched promptly via Royal Mail 48 hour service. However parcel then did a tour of UK and did not turn up as notified by Royal Mail. Chased this up with Walker & Hawkes who promptly looked into this and sorted it out. Excellent customer service! Hat is also just what I wanted and good quality. Thank you”

“I commend the Hawthorn jacket in July and I received it just a few days after (4 or 5 days) The jacket is a great quality product The finitions are well done and I'm waiting for the autumn to wear it in the streets of Paris”

“A certain other waxed cotton jacket and hat manufacturer is trading on its name. Walker and Hawkes are trading on their quality. Free (in the UK mainland) and extremely prompt delivery are a big factor for me; Once I've made a decision I'm impatient to get my goodies!”

“I recently purchased the Men's Unpadded Benson Waxed Jacket. First, the fit was exactly as described. I wear a medium and it fits me just as it should. I live in the US, so there is no telling how quickly things I order from other countries will arrive. I am please to say that Walker and Hawkes has always fulfilled their orders to me promptly and without any issues. I will continue to order from them in the future.”
