“I wrote this email to you on 24th October and still have not received a reply. A matching button by post would be a pleasant token: Dear Sirs, I am pleased to report that the trousers I recently ordered and am delighted with tye quality of tge product. However, it is disappointing to note that the button on the waist closure is missing. I do notvwishbtobreturn them for suchbavminor detail but I inform you so that you can take the appropriate quality control measures to eliminate this unfortunate defect. Best wishes Peterc McLoughlin”

“Item sent on time always been happy with our purchases had three of there flat caps which are true to fit the last one we have just bought had a small mark on front off cap rang them the company then sent another one out free off charge and said not to send the other back to give to a charity shop what more can I say great company will buy other products off them 100%”

“Spoke with a young man on the phone who sorted out my problem, he was very helpful, sorry, but I did not get his name. My coat arrived and I am simply delighted. I ordered a Jack Murphy Erin coat in Olive. I went with the advice on line, I am usually a size 18, but ordered a 16, as I don't wear any bulky clothes underneath, fits fine!*****”
