“Two XL shirts. Very pleased. Only comment the Brocton Green Neck measurement inside collar , mid button hole to mid button is a generous 48cm, a bit on the large side but acceptable. The Murton Red was 45cm a bit on the positive side , acceptable but would not need to be any tighter.( I wont have to tie my tie so tight!) Thank you again. MikeS”

“Hello, when they say,"no quibble " returns, they mean it. The mistake was mine but when I explained I had ordered too small a size, it was explained, just return the item,you will be refunded and you can reorder, I returned the jacket at no cost to myself and I was refunded within 2 days Very satisfied and pleased with this policy”

“Nice felt cap but arrived dented. The box was in tact, so must have been dented before packing. A bit of steaming and reforming sorted it out. Otherwise, good price and swift delivery.”

“A chap needs to keep his head dry and warm in the northern climes we inhabit. A flat waxed cap conveyed unfortunate connotations with an unpleasant cove who may have political ambitions....so a baker boy cap was purchased to fight off both the elements and Connotations. An outrageously good price including prompt delivery and appropriate packaging means I a chap is set for fairweather or foul....Connotation free.”
